On Sunday 5th June 2005 the Cedars Coundon played Christ the King football club at Highfield road in front of a crowd of roughly 200 to 300 excited fans the Cedars eventually winning a very exciting match by 3 goals to 1 the pitch was invaded at least twice one of the invasions was by my four year old Grandson Luke Gough I am happy to report there was no arrests.
This was a great match on Sunday 5th June it finished of a great weekend as most of us only got back to Coventry at 6 O'clock Sunday morning after the Great Ricky Hatton Fight ( what a great night )
