Darren McInulty and Dean Pithie after a training session up at the old C.P.U.K. gym, the last time I spoke to Darren he was doing a bit of training for Kevin's lads where are you now Darren please get in touch. What can you say about Dean he's had his ups and downs but in my opinion he was one of the best young prospects Coventry produced and he was always a crowd pleaser, After his last fight I always thought he would make a comeback.  Three or four months ago I was at an amateur show at Westbay near Bridport where some of the Willenhall lads came down to box and I met up with Dean we had a good old chat and a few drinks together and it was nice to know that he was helping out with the Willenhall lads and he looked as fit and healthy as I have ever seen him ( good Luck Dean ).

When I was in Bridport I was looking around the market and I came across two picture frames they both had what I thougt was three front pages in each from the Boxing news dated August 1951 when I got home I opened the frames up to copy the pictues and was surprised to find all six copies of the original Boxing News magazines in side.Looking through them I came across the Fight card below.
